Ok, I just now realized that I never told you I’m involved in real estate as one of my income streams.

[I’m almost done reading The Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor and am getting pumped to ramp back up my real estate investments].

I think I should share what I’m doing there as well, as a lot of the marketing strategies can roll into online business.

And business is business — it takes education and then action!

I also think it’s smart to get involved in real world assets (like real estate) so I’ll start sharing.

I won’t share my entire real estate history in this email, but currently I have a few rental properties, I have a property I’m seller financing, and I’m creating online real estate leads that I’m referring to a local real estate agent in my market.

Domaining Community Launched.

I went from idea » launch in a matter of days.

And Domain Name Lovers is live.

This is set up in 3 parts…

Carrd — you can build a landing page website for super cheap — great product.
Thrivecart — this is the tool I use for the checkout solution. The reason I’m using this instead of something like Stripe is that I can create cross-promotion of products, bump offers, etc.
Discord — it’s free, and I’ve found I like the interaction and how it works. Did I already mention it’s free?

Is there a better way to build and put this together?

Probably.

In fact, there 100% is — Skool, Circle, FB groups, etc. etc.

But I built it in a way where I already had the tools and knowledge.

And then I took action.

Now, I just need to grow it.

Don’t get caught researching for months with no action!

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

Ok, I made some new purchases.

As you already know, I purchased DomainNameLovers.com to create a private community for domain name investing and flipping.

A few that I think will make a great fit for the coming AI agent caller space.

I also snagged a fun domain and built out a single page after hearing the idea on the “My First Million” Podcast.

It’s a joke, but the funny thing is that a huge business could be built with this.

We’ll see what happens.

Ok, no personal sales to report.

In 2025, I think I can use tech (AI agents may be ready) to help me outbound.

I would like to do outreach a bit more with a handful of the domains that I own, but I’ve got to develop a system so that I can turn it over to someone (or a tool).

I’m still buying a few more domain names (land) before I sit tight on my portfolio and slowly sell over time to reinvest.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I haven’t made any videos in the last month or so.

I now have 120 127 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $3,587.35 $3,736.56

After expenses, I’m making $65.23 $81.53 per hour.

I’ve created a nice workflow with my team to get out a weekly newsletter for this.

And I set up a domain for it — HustleRemote.com

My team is handling the writing for this.

I just have to review and publish.

It takes me about 30 minutes each week —- hopefully it will break even within the year.

I also set up a welcome email for new subscribers, which it didn’t have before. In that email, we have recommendations, which we’ll get paid for when people sign up.
