At first, I wondered “Who in the world needs to upgrade ChatGPT to the $200/mo option?!?”

And then I saw fellow entrepreneurs testing the Operator function and it hit me.

“Oh, this is basically my next part time hire for $200 per month…”

Why?

Well, it’s a virtual agent that you can instruct to do tasks.

So I’m testing it out this week.

As I’m writing this email, I got it to log into my new X account for Domain Name Lovers and search for domain names sales that we can repost.

Is it great?

Not really.

Could I do the work myself faster?

Yes.

But…

It’s incredibly cool to chat and give it a task and it be working on it while I’m typing this email.

And don’t forget — this is the worst the product will ever be…

How I’m Using AI this Week…

Well, I worked with ChatGPT to help me generate my latest round of Facebook ads.

It gave me really great feedback on how to adjust my ads (it got me email leads as low as 20 cents per email sub!)

I also tricked my wife with my AI voice.

I just wanted to share 🤣🤣

And again: this is the worst AI will ever be…

Domaining Community is Live!

Domain Name Lovers is live and has already generated its first $$.

I went from idea » launch in a matter of days.

Promoting the group will be organic and simple.

I may possibly will set up an X account for it and automate a channel as a fun marketing channel.

I will also mention the group in my domain investing YouTube videos (I’ve got 5-7 planned!)

I set up the marketing funnel and the group using 3 simple tools…

Carrd — you can build a landing page website for super cheap — great product.
Thrivecart — this is the tool I use for the checkout solution. The reason I’m using this instead of Stripe is that I can create cross-promotion of products, bump offers, etc.
Discord — it’s free, and I’ve found I like the interaction and how it works. Did I already mention it’s free?

Is there a better way to build and put this together?

Probably.

In fact, there 100% is — Skool, Circle, FB groups, etc. etc.

But I built it in a way where I already had the tools and knowledge.

And then I took action.

Now, I just need to grow it.

Don’t get caught researching for months with no action!

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

Now that I’m growing to 500 - 1,000 names (100 isn’t enough to make consistent sales) I’m hunting for more.

I now think 1,000 names is probably the minimum needed to start making some sales and see a solid ROI, and make this an actual part-time business.

Plus, buying more names will help me in the DomainNameLovers.com group.

I just purchased 2 names strategically to outbound.

MobileAlabamaLuxuryApartments.com

Both are much longer than I would normally purchase (I used my own tool to check!)

But…

“Mobile Alabama Apartments” has 12,000 monthly search volume and I actually know the manager of a luxury apartment complex in my city where we lived a few years ago.

My goal is to sell to them…

I also purchased a few that will make a great fit for the coming AI agent caller space.

It’s a joke, but the funny thing is that a huge business could be built with this.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I haven’t made any videos in the last month or so.

I have 120 127 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $3,587.35 $3,835.27

After expenses, I’m making $65.23 $84.77 per hour.

Not a ton to update here — just cruising along…

I’ve created a nice workflow with my team to get out a weekly newsletter for this.

And I set up a domain for it — HustleRemote.com

My team is handling the writing for this.

I just have to review and publish.

It takes me about 30 minutes each week —- hopefully it will break even within the year.

I also set up a welcome email for new subscribers, which it didn’t have before. In that email, we have recommendations, which we’ll get paid for when people sign up.
